Its activities focus on issuing pre-financed CESU (Universal Service Employment Check), telemanagement, and organizing personal services. Domiserve initially commissioned my agency for the redesign of their client website and now for their management software.

Process

Domiserve, a subsidiary of La Banque Postale, has been a player in the personal services sector since 2006. Domiserve initially commissioned my agency for the redesign of their client website and now for their management software.

Outcome

Domiserve manages the entire customer journey for those needing home services, from financing to connecting with providers, with an internal platform covering all aspects.

As a UX designer, the major challenge was understanding each Domiserve employee's business needs to enhance their management platform. The UX research phase was pivotal in identifying and addressing any pain points the staff might experience, ensuring the platform was optimized for maximum efficiency and usability.
